Description

Ave!

Noble Roman Coins is proud to present -

ERIC II, The Encyclopedia of Roman Imperial Coinage, written by Rasiel Suarez

Oh, my dear friends, ERIC II is not just another coin reference book, it is truly an encyclopedic treasure house of knowledge, not only for ancient Roman coin collectors, but for historians, as well. It is a masterpiece.

Hard-bound, this massive 1,500 glossy-paged book features hundreds of color plates denoting the portraits and reverses for every Emperor, Empress, Caesar or Personage that ever appeared on an ancient Roman coin.

The author, Rasiel Suarez, has woven a sometimes difficult subject into a highly readable and easily understandable resource for collectors. The coinage of each Emperor/Empress is seemlessly tied together via a short history of each then turns to the meat of the matter; IE Obverse portraits and legends, and the same for the Reverses. Each of the above is then cross-indexed as per RIC attribution number (other sources are noted, as well.). Mint cities are no problem as they are added to the mix.

Coin values are another important resource that you'll find helpful. The author notes the values that similar coins normally sell for on eBay, and how rarer types are fix-priced in sites such as Vcoins, Harlen J Burke, etc. (Your worn down slug sestertius, if identified as Britannicus, is worth $500. Did you know that?)

That said, I predict that soon ERIC II atrribution numbers will become as common as Sear, Van Meter, CNG or even RIC. Yes, this enclyclopedia is that awesome!

Presented to you at only $149.95, this fantastic book is easily worth twice that or more. Now under-priced, we expect that ERIC II will soon double in price at retail. This is your chance to now purchase this amazing, jaw-dropping, Encyclopedia of Roman Imperial Coinage at wholesale prices.

What a fantastic book! Itís even better than I hoped for. Worth every penny, even when it costed a fortune to ship to Sweden...

I am sorry for not replying to you sooner. I received the book a few days ago and it is magnificent, it just could not be better. I came across the book quite by accident as I am in the process of researching some Roman coins. This book will not be invaluable to my research. Thanking you, Clodagh...
